Brad Collins - ESET Enterprise and MSP Business Manager

Brad Collins is the Enterprise and MSP Business Manager for ESET, focusing on our MSP partners and customers with our Complete, Enterprise and Elite products with the goal of allowing our MSPs to increase the security of their customers in an easy and cost effective manner. Brad has worked in IT Companies and MSPs for just over 20 years including growing one of those companies from 6 to 55 staff and is applying his wealth of real world experience in customer expectations and security solutions in this role to discuss the wider ESET product stack with MSPs.

Maturity journey, she has worked on multiple projects that involved designing a journey towards an in house SoC, Intel practice and Incident Response capabilities. She also spent time understanding how data (and big data) can play a pivotal role in preventing breaches.

Sherrie is passionate about using innovative methods to defend and mitigate attacks. In her current role with CyberArk, she looks at utilising her knowledge from threat detection and prevention and relating them to privileges at the endpoint – with the combined knowledge, she looks at the best way to prevent breaches.

Maddie Liebenberg - ESET Consumer Executive

Madie passionately brings Chillisoft’s valued customers and partners technical support. Coupled with a flair for creativity, marketing and event management, Madie plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless experiences and fostering new connections as well as building rapport with our long-time supporters, ensuring they feel valued and heard every step of the way. Making it a priority to remain informed and educated, she ensures that Chillisoft partners and customers are always up-to-date with pertinent information they need,. Ready to assist and inform through multiple channels, Madie helps enhance the overall experience of customers and partners. Only a year in the industry, she has quickly adapted to her role and remains enthusiastic about the next exhibit to add to her role with a friendly and approachable manner.

ESET UPDATES

New ESET business product features include the recently launched Secure Authentication Cloud and ESET Rollback. We will also share what we’ve learned from our recent big launches with feedback from both partners and end-users with a special focus on profitability, management and time-savings. You’ll get to check out demo’s of ESET’s new features and also quickly recap on some of the strong points of ESET Protect Elite & MDR, including the Vulnerability Assessment and Patch management features. Protect Elite and MDR are the best possible cover solutions for cyber-insurance requirements. Bringing it home, we’ll be unveiling the latest Threat Intelligence insights from ESET. This in-depth analysis will compare New Zealand’s threat landscape with global attack trends, providing a comprehensive view of how local threats stack up internationally. Additionally, we’ll examine the latest breach trends impacting New Zealand, offering critical insights into the challenges our region faces.

In the ESET home range, we’ll be detailing the new Folder Guard and Identity Protection modules plus updates to the Password Manager, and how our partners have enjoyed using the ESET Home account to increase customer maintenance and satisfaction while also enjoying the enablement of offerings including higher end licenses and additional services. The Mac product has also just been rebuilt with additional features, this combined with the Password Manager and VPN also operating on Macs has seen quite a large uptake in Mac licensing.
