Brad Collins is the Enterprise and MSP Business Manager for ESET, focusing on our MSP partners and customers with our Complete, Enterprise and Elite products with the goal of allowing our MSPs to increase the security of their customers in an easy and cost effective manner. Brad has worked in IT Companies and MSPs for just over 20 years including growing one of those companies from 6 to 55 staff and is applying his wealth of real world experience in customer expectations and security solutions in this role to discuss the wider ESET product stack with MSPs.

Deep Parmar is a Channel Account Manager at Chillisoft with a strong focus on cybersecurity. ESET Vulnerability and Patch Management

One of the most common ways breaches occur is through outdated software. Detect out of date software across your environment!
For someone to manually go through all company machines looking for out of date software would be highly exhausting and time consuming! ESET’s VPM scans thousands of applications, including Adobe Acrobat, Mozilla Firefox, and Zoom. It detects from over 35,000 programs, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on exposure scores and severity, ensuring critical issues are addressed first. You are empowered with automated scans which include customizable scheduling and detailed reports on the most vulnerable software and devices. There is also multitenancy support for complex networks offering visibility and control across organizational layers. A unified overview via the ESET PROTECT Cloud console maintains minimal infrastructure demands and multi-language support. Complementing this, the patch management feature enables immediate updates or scheduled patching to minimize disruptions.
