This integration makes managing all your licenses and subscriptions easier than ever. You can conveniently oversee both your customers’ licenses and your own licenses from ESET PROTECT Hub. Simply access the “My Company” tab to find all the tools and functionalities you need for efficient license management.
What to expect next
ESET PROTECT Hub will be live from the 31st of July 2024, packed with benefits for new customers.
All current customers will seamlessly transition to ESET PROTECT Hub through an automated process. This transition, scheduled for Q4 2024, will smoothly onboard both resellers and customers, granting them full access to the benefits of ESET PROTECT Hub.
We’re handling all the heavy lifting for you, and there will be no extra cost associated with the automatic transition. Once it’s complete, you will receive another email inviting you to log in to ESET PROTECT Hub with your ESET Business Account credentials.
To ensure a smooth transition…
We need your assistance in cleaning up data access rights.
There are two ways to address this:
1) Align access rights between ESET Business Account, ESET MSP Administrator and cloud console permission.
2) Do nothing.
This will migrate access rights automatically – which means weaker permissions will apply. This ensures data security and prevents any individual from having greater access to either ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT Hub post-migration.
