For example, if the user is currently using ESET NOD32, they will be prompted with a message in-product for a free upgrade to ESET Home Security Essentials, this will give them access to ESET Banking & Payment protection, the Secure Browser, Anti-theft and all the options that come with ESET Home security essentials as standard for free. This applies to all tiers up to ESET Home Security Premium.

At the time of their renewal, customers have the option to revert to their previous subscription tier or keep the upgrade. We have seen great success with this campaign leading to higher-tier renewals and upgrades, with customers being equally satisfied with the additional features they may not have considered before
